FERMA’S MAINTAIN, OPERATE & TRANSFER PROGRAMME: RESULT OF THE EVALUATION OF THE EOI Print E-mail

RE: FERMA’S MAINTAIN, OPERATE & TRANSFER PROGRAMME RESULT OF THE EVALUATION OF THE EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST
The following consortiums/investor/prospective Concessionaire have emerged successful after a thorough evaluation of the submitted Expression of Interest (EOI) on the Agency’s Maintain, Operate and Transfer (Maintenance Concession) programme:

15.    Hapel (Nigeria) Ltd
16.    Teleview International Nig. Ltd

However, due to a harmonisation scheme in the National Road Sector, a NEW list of Federal Highways has been approved for the Agency’s Maintain, Operate and Transfer program, which are:
1.    9th mile – Otukpa – Otukpo Road
2.    Mokwa – Tegina – Birnin Gwari – Kaduna Road
3.    Ibadan – Ife – Ilesha Road, and
4.    Jos – Bauchi – Gombe Road.
The Agency wishes to call on the pre-qualified Investors/Consortiums/Prospective Concessionaires listed above, who are interested in the Maintain, Operate and Transfer programme of the Agency on these new roads to promptly signify such interest(s) in writing to:

Federal Roads Maintenance Agency,
Plot 163, Aminu Kano Crescent,
Wuse II – Abuja.
Attention:    GM (Procurement)
Not later than 12noon, Friday, January 8th, 2010.

The Agency regrets all inconveniences that the change in the list of roads under its Maintain, Operate & Transfer program has caused its numerous partners especially the pre-qualified Consortium/Investor/Prospective Concessionaires listed above
