Born 3 October 1963 in Enugu, Enugu State, Southeast Nigeria. Bachelor of Engineering, University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Appointed Executive Director, (Road Maintenance Management Services), 29 July 2009.

Schedule of Duties of RMMS Department:

• Development and Coordination of road maintenance programmes and services
  

• Prepares and manages the budgetary system for road programmes
• Monitoring the implementation of road maintenance programmes
• Preparation of memoranda for the Managing Director to the Board
• Preparation of Agency's monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Preparation of circulars for the Managing Director’s office
• Co-ordination of maintenance activities of both East and West Operational Departments
• Managing the ICT unit for road maintenance development
• Development and co-ordination of alternative sources of funding for road maintenance
• Development and co-ordination of Road concessionairing programmes
