Born 23 December 1960 in Barkia, Kurfi Local Government, Katsina State, Northwest Nigeria. Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Ahmadu Bello, Zaria; Member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). Appointed Managing Director/CEO 29 July 2009.
