 Born 20 March 1958 in Kayeri, Yobe State, Northeast Nigeria. B.Sc, M.P.A & Masters in International Affairs and Diplomacy, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Appointed Executive Director (A & HRD) FERMA 29 July 2009.

Functions:

Administration & Human Resources Development is a service oriented Department which is responsible for the management of the Agency’s most valued assets through the development of highly skilled, disciplined and motivated staff who are positioned to meet the goals of the Agency. It has three (3) Divisions namely:

1. Recruitment, Promotion & Discipline
2. Training, Manpower Development  & Pension Administration
3. Staff Welfare & Supplies Division
